Yeay! Finally I can come here, especially for Iron Chef Kitchen, Jakarta. Before, I had no idea this place would look like, for this Iron Chef. This place turned out to be similar as in the food court, which is located around the FoodHall, Plaza Senayan. This kitchen is larger than the others.
When I came here, there was Sagami (Feb 26th, 2013 - March 31st, 2013) and Aloha Terrace (Feb 26th, 2013 - March 14th, 2013). In fact, I've come here to taste their food and also meet the chef. Unfortunately, I arrived too late so didn't get to meet the real chef. Hhhh..

I took this photo when the chef was cooking. Haha. Why I can go here and took a photo? Idk why, I just have a chat with the chef and he asked me then "You have a restaurant business, huh?", I laughed and said "No!" Haha

Loco Moco Bowl (IDR 49.500) is a favorite menu from Aloha Terrace (The First Authentic Hawaiian BBQ in Jakarta, will be open in early April at Bintaro), it was available with Aloha Terrace Original Sauce and Teriyaki Sauce. This dish is consist of Japanese rice (dense and sticky), minced meat shaped like a beef burger, omelet, fried pineapple and also garnished with lettuce and tomato.

Another dish from Aloha Terrace, called Mochiko Chicken (IDR 13.200). It was three boneless chicken, feel so soft like mochi, a little bit salty and savory.

Soba-Cha is a Japanese green tea which is added a buckwheat seeds already roasted so that create a different flavor. It was also a healthy drink. This tea feels viscous, which could be caused by the buckwheat seeds that have been mashed and it tastes slightly bitter but still fresh.
